Terms of Use

1. License
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Dictate on Macs you personally own or control. The license does not grant rights to redistribute, modify, decompile, or sublicense the software.
2. Trial and Purchase
Dictate is free to download and try. Continued use beyond the trial requires purchase of a Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plan from inside the app. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
3. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Use the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt, or email support@norelabs.com.
4. Updates
The app receives updates via the Sparkle framework. Major and minor updates are included in your active license. We reserve the right to discontinue updates for older macOS versions.
5. No Warranty
Dictate is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Dictate. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using Dictate at any time. We may terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
